We stand behind the quality of our silk. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you're fully covered.

How it works — no need to return the product
Within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at velvyy99@gmail.com with a photo or short video showing the defect or damage. Once we verify it, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — you keep the item, nothing to ship back.

How refunds are processed
After approval, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at velvyy99@gmail.com.

Non-refundable items
Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel or request a refund within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Just contact us at velvyy99@gmail.com and we'll process it.
